About us

     Chaparral is a peaceful, beautiful unincorporated community with many

hardworking residents who believe in helping one another. This thriving

community has expanded tremendously over the past 20 years and has

become a productive and energetic home for more than 14,600 people

according to the 2010 census. My husband, Jorge Torres, and I, Argelia R.

Torres, can proudly express this because we have been happily residing in

Chaparral for over 25 years allowing us to personally know and interact

with many of these fine residents as customers and friends.

     Chaparral has been a part of many extraordinary and memorable stages

throughout our lives. Beginning with my husband's family business "Stela's

Grocery" which he has exceptionally managed and has with pleasure

served the community for over 29 years and continues to do so to this day.

As for myself, encountering one of my first prominent employments with

Colquitt Company; with in time, our happily united marriage of now 22 years;

consequently, the birth of our 3 loving and amazing children; and enduring

another exciting pathway as providers in our community.

     Chaparral lies rather far away from any government or state offices making

it difficult for some residents to commute and attend these facilities.

Thinking of how we could come up with an idea to help alleviate with this

issue, my husband and I began to research for the best outcome. After

many months of research, hard work, and diligent trainings we came

across the opportunity to open a Motor Vehicle Department Partner Office.

Being able to accomplish this immense goal as a family business, in a

developing community, that has so much to offer has been by far one of the

most exciting and empowering goals we have accomplished together.

Knowing that Roadrunner Express Title Company is the first MVD

Partner Office to open in Chaparral and that will allow us to proudly provide

said services to this successful, blooming community is incredible.
